Buffalo Cauliflower “Wings”
These vegan “wings” are perfect when you want something spicy, saucy, and snacky without pulling out a deep fryer.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and pat them dry. Toss them with a small amount of oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until lightly coated, then arrange the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 380°F for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until the cauliflower is tender inside and crisp around the edges.
While the cauliflower cooks, stir together buffalo hot sauce with a little melted vegan butter in a large bowl.
When the cauliflower comes out of the air fryer, add it to the bowl and toss until everything is well coated in sauce. Serve right away with celery sticks and your favorite dairy-free ranch or dipping sauce.
These make a great game day snack, party plate, or fun “appetizer dinner” at home.
If you want to turn this into a more filling meal, pair it with fries, a big salad, or tuck it into wraps or bowls with grains and veggies. It’s one of those flexible recipes that works just as well for casual dinners as it does for snacking.
