Digestive ACV Gut Tonic

A warming, simple tonic designed to kickstart digestion and balance pH levels.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (with "the mother")
  • 1 cup Warm Water not boiling
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey or Liquid Stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • Juice of 1/2 Pure Lemon Juice
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • Garnish: Cinnamon Stick for stirring

Instructions

  • Water: Pour warm (not hot) water into your favorite mug.
  • ACV: Add the apple cider vinegar and stir with a cinnamon stick.
  • Sweeten: Whisk in the raw honey or stevia until it dissolves completely.
  • Spice: Sprinkle in the cinnamon, cayenne, and ginger (if using).
  • Brighten: Squeeze in fresh lemon juice for brightness and extra vitamin C.
  • Meld: Stir everything together and let it sit for a minute to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Drink this on an empty stomach in the morning to gently alert your digestive system. The ACV helps with everything from bloating to blood sugar regulation, while the warming spices boost your metabolism.
