Focused Zen Matcha Mist
A frothy, sustaining elixir for calm alertness and jitter-free productivity.

Ingredients

Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder

Hot Water
not boiling—around 175°F

cup
Oat Milk
warmed or cold
1/2
teaspoon
Vanilla Extract
1
teaspoon
Maple Syrup or Agave
Optional: 100mg L-theanine Supplement Powder for extra focus
Optional: Handful of ice
for iced version
Instructions
Sift: Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove any clumps.
Whisk: Add the hot water to the matcha and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion for about 30 seconds until it becomes frothy.
Boost (Optional): If adding supplemental L-theanine, whisk it in now.
Froth Milk: Heat your oat milk and froth it using an electric frother.
Combine: Pour the frothed milk into your matcha base.
Sweeten & Sip: Stir in vanilla and maple syrup.
Notes
For an iced version, pour the prepared matcha base over ice, add cold oat milk, and shake vigorously in a shaker to get that perfect froth.
