Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Water not boiling—around 175°F
  • 1 cup Oat Milk warmed or cold
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup or Agave
  • Optional: 100mg L-theanine Supplement Powder for extra focus
  • Optional: Handful of ice for iced version

Instructions

  • Sift: Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove any clumps.
  • Whisk: Add the hot water to the matcha and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion for about 30 seconds until it becomes frothy.
  • Boost (Optional): If adding supplemental L-theanine, whisk it in now.
  • Froth Milk: Heat your oat milk and froth it using an electric frother.
  • Combine: Pour the frothed milk into your matcha base.
  • Sweeten & Sip: Stir in vanilla and maple syrup.

Notes

For an iced version, pour the prepared matcha base over ice, add cold oat milk, and shake vigorously in a shaker to get that perfect froth.
