Homemade Tortilla Chips with Guacamole

Once you see how easy homemade tortilla chips are in the air fryer, it is hard to go back to the bag.

Instructions

  • Cut corn tortillas into triangles or strips. Lightly spritz both sides with oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Arrange the pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed so they crisp instead of steam. Air fry at 350°F for 4 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket once, until the chips are crisp and lightly golden around the edges.
  • Keep an eye on them near the end, as they can brown quickly. Let the chips cool for a minute to finish crisping up, then serve with fresh guacamole, salsa, or any dip you love.
