Homemade Veggie Pizza Rolls

These little pizza rolls are perfect for movie nights, after-school snacks, or a fun DIY dinner where everyone builds their own.

Instructions

  • Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small rectangles or squares.
  • Add a spoonful of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of dairy-free shredded cheese, and your favorite finely chopped veggie toppings, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Roll each piece up like a little log and pinch the edges closed so the filling does not spill out.
  • Place the rolls in the air fryer basket seam side down in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes, until the dough is puffed and lightly browned.
  • Let them cool for a minute or two so the filling can set. Serve with warm marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

These are especially nice on nights when dinner needs to feel fun without much planning. Leftovers reheat well in the air fryer and also make a great party snack or casual appetizer. You can mix and match fillings, so everyone gets their own favorite mini pizza in bite-sized form.
