Peachy Weeknight Lemonade Mocktail

When I want something bright and nostalgic without fuss, this is my summer cheat code. Peach lemonade turns ordinary lemonade into a tiny, feel-good moment in minutes.
Yield: 2 drinks

Materials

  • Lemonade — 2 cups store-bought or homemade
  • Ripe peaches — 1 to 2 peaches sliced, or about 1½ cups frozen peach slices
  • Ice
  • For muddled peach lemonade:

Instructions

  • Add sliced peaches to a glass and gently muddle to release the juices. Fill the glass with ice, pour lemonade over the top, stir, and taste. This gives a rustic, lightly pulpy texture.
  • For blended peach lemonade:
  • Add peeled peach slices, lemonade, and a handful of ice to a blender. Pulse until smooth or slightly slushy, then pour into glasses. This makes a creamier, smoothie-like sip you can drink slowly.
  • Taste and adjust. If your lemonade is very sweet, add a squeeze of fresh lemon or a splash of water to brighten the flavor.
  • Garnish with a peach slice on the rim and extra ice for that crisp patio vibe, then serve right away.

Notes

This one is easy to keep on repeat. You can use fresh peaches in summer, then swap in frozen slices the rest of the year. It scales from a single glass to a pitcher with almost no extra work, so it is perfect for weeknights when you want an easy, cheerful drink without a big project.
