Stress-Relieving Adrenal Support Sipper

A relaxing, fizzy mocktail designed to lower cortisol and support the nervous system.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Pure Tart Cherry Juice unsweetened
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water unflavored or lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Magnesium Powder e.g., Natural Calm
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey or Agave optional
  • Garnish: Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice: Plenty of cubes

Instructions

  • Prep the Glass: Fill a tall Highball Glass with plenty of ice.
  • Combine Juices: Pour in the tart cherry juice and fresh lime juice.
  • Activate: Stir in the magnesium powder until completely dissolved (about 30 seconds).
  • Sweeten: Add your honey or agave if you prefer it less tart.
  • Top & Stir: Pour in the sparkling water and give it one gentle stir.
  • Garnish: Slap the mint leaves between your hands to release the aroma, then add them to the top.

Notes

Drink this in the late afternoon when your stress levels are hitting their peak, or about an hour before bed to help your body wind down. FYI, the natural melatonin in the tart cherries pairs perfectly with the calming effects of magnesium. You might just sleep like a baby tonight.
